Fourth Doctor Duct Tape Scarf

This is a previous project which I thought was a bit overdue for posting here.

The Scarf is just shy of full length due to the fact that it doesn’t stretch like a regular scarf.  The colors, while approximated in some cases, should be relatively accurate.
