Pete Tyler-The Best Minor/Reoccurring Character in Series 2.

Though not truly Rose’s dad, since it’s an alternate universe, Pete is shown to be a good man. Initially, he is seen as a minion to Lumic and his Cybermen but it is later revealed that he is actually a mole. And, when he travels to Rose’s universe, he can’t shake his concern for her and Jackie and they all three end up in the parallel Earth, with Jackie expecting.
