Oh man this one is hard.  There are so many good ones.

I’m going to have to make a list.  Top 5.

• “You are a perfect example of the inverse ratio between the size of the mouth and the size of the brain.” The Fourth Doctor, Pyramids of Mars (SNARK.  SNARK.  I LOVE SNARK.  THANK YOU DOCTOR FOR SNARKING THROUGH TIME AND SPACE.)
  
• “Nobody important?  Blimey, that’s amazing.  D’you know in 900 years of time and space, I’ve never met anyone who wasn’t important.”  The Eleventh Doctor, A Christmas Carol (Pretty much the message of the entire damn show.)
  
• “We might die.”
  “We might not.”  The Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones, Smith and Jones (Martha Jones is a baller.)
  
• “Just stay calm. You saved me, now I return the favor. Just believe in me.”  Martha Jones (to the Tenth Doctor), 42 (And my heart absolutely broke.  Martha Jones, you are perfect.)
• “You’re not matin’ with me, sunshine!” Donna Noble, Partners in Crime  (Also every single line in this episode.  And basically anything else that ever came out of Donna’s mouth.  Because she’s freaking awesome.)
