The Doctor’s Foods
I don’t know whether I am eating these again because I miss 11 or if they actually taste amazing
As part of our Twelve Days of Doctor Who celebration, my best Whovian friends and I watched An Adventure in Time and Space again. Look at the amazing fish finger cookies my friend Chris baked! And she made authentic yummy custard as well. Since we watched the movie with subtitles on (so as to catch every word of Mark Gatiss’ fab script), it looks a bit like William Hartnell is telling us to “Stop it.” Perhaps he finds fish fingers and custard too undignified.
To get over a regeneration, I take note of all of the “fish fingers and custard” moments that make you believe that this doctor can be just as wonderful as the last.
How do you get over a regeneration?
**Rated M for language but also rated H for hilarious.
My roommate told me we weren’t allowed to watch the new Doctor Who episode until after dinner, and now I know why. She made us fishticks and custard to eat while we watched! (They’re actually cookies and vanilla pudding, very yummy!)

Its been two years since little Amelia Pond first met her imaginary friend and then he came back and took her on amazing adventures. :)
Good on you mate! <3 Happy two years!
Happy Fish-Fingers + Custard Day!
For Fish Fingers and Custard Day, we had a party in the Latin classroom. When we ran out of fish fingers we moved on to jammy dodgers.
Going to the “nerd school” lends for some pretty great fandom gatherings.
I went to Rita’s Italian Ice and asked them if they could Blend some of the Fish Finger Chunks (rolled in sugar to supply a flavor barrier) I had made this morning into some Frozen Custard. Guess what? THEY DID IT.
It is Swedish Fish Frozen Custard, with Fish Finger Chunks in it and it surprisingly does not taste fishy. I am in Whovian Heaven.
i actually did it.
♥happy fish custard day♥
Just bought my fish fingers and custard! Off to go make them! -Walrus
Happy Fish Fingers and Custard day to all my Whovian friends! And how else does one celebrate but by eating some fish fingers and custard?!
So I live in California, and had almost no idea where to get custard aside from being a derp and just getting vanilla pudding. BUT there is this place by my house called H. Salt’s Fish and Chips and Groceries. Lo and behold they actually had custard!
So came home, cooked the fish fingers and chilled the custard and took a bite…
It turned out to be better than I thought and I ate all 6 fish fingers with the custard. Oh discoveries….
