The week before The Day of the Doctor, my daughter went to school dressed as a different Doctor Who character each day. Here she is as the Ninth Doctor, Rose Tyler, the Tenth Doctor, Amy Pond, and the Eleventh Doctor.
Well, about 30 years ago, a very cute Whovian took the seat next to me at a Doctor Who fan club meeting in St. Louis and was generous with her time…to this very day! And not only that, we had an incredible daughter, so cute that Sophie Aldred could not resist coming over and cuddling her!
This makes us very happy. It’s #Whovian Wednesday, a day when 30-year-old photos give us all of the Doctor Who feels.
So… doctorwho is asking us to thank the person that introduced us to Doctor Who. But…IT’S IMPOSSIBLE!!!!
How, with the words that we know, you say ‘thank you’ for something like that?
I can try. I can say “Thank you” to my boyfriend ( emynhen ), but it will never ever be enough. I’m going…
Do you guys have any suggestions?
Hey!!!! In light of today’s Twelve Days of Doctor Who being generosity, I’d like to say thank you to you! You are the Whovian that I talk to the most and I really enjoy the nights where we just talk about Doctor Who for hours. Whenever I don’t know what to do with my feels or I am sobbing over 11, I know I can come to your inbox and somehow it turns into a great conversation. I hope your finals are going well. Hang in there! You can do it! Only 8 days until Christmas!
It’s the #Twelve Days of Doctor Who.
I made a thing
I love youuu
It’s the Twelve Days of Doctor Who and today is all about generosity. It’s that time of year filled with tons of cheer and good feels, but it’s also a time of year when some of us can feel kinda gloomy.
So today we should all DO A NICE THING FOR A FELLOW WHOVIAN BECAUSE DOING NICE THINGS FOR NICE PEOPLE IS NICE. We’ll be doing things all day and putting some of your posts up on the blog.
Here are some ideas of what we could do for each other:
Let’s do our best to make people happy and make the not-so-fun things we have to do a little bit easier for each other. Make sure you tag your posts with #Twelve Days of Doctor Who so everyone can see them.
