Welcome to Australia where Fourth Doctor Scarfs are comfortable during summer!
(In reality, it just wasn’t hot today but my brother put the air con on so I rugged up to avoid upsetting him if he was hot)
Breaking my tumblr hiatus to show you my AWESOME LEGGINGS (ignore my awkward smile- it’s COLD in Oklahoma!
Months and months and months ago we asked you to send in fan signs we would use to create a giant collage for the Doctor Who Tumblr office. We unexpectedly received over 3500 images, so we decided that instead of creating a collage we’d make a neat image mosaic of the TARDIS!
You can download the full version of the image here (Right click > Save As to choose where you’d like to save it to, FYI it’s a 20MB file) and zoom in to see if you can find your contribution.
Thanks to everyone for participating, look at the cool thing you’ve made!
UPDATE: Due to a programming error the mosaic was previously missing a lot of submissions, and many of the ones included were repeated a number of times. We’ve updated the file to include the correct number and apologize for this mistake. Enjoy!
I got proposed to in front of the TARDIS at the way station after the 50th anniversary episode of doctor who.
Why is this a big deal (other than, of course, because I am not engaged)?
Because kids, this is where we had our first kiss. Doctor who is pretty much what brought us together (or at least a big part). We are Rory and Amy (get to know us, its totally true).
If anyone, at all, got any pictures of us (I know there were a lot of whovians with cameras) please let me know!
Major thanks to the way station for helping my fiance pull off the perfect engagement
Other major thanks to my friends who found out at the last second and took these photos
Happy 50th Doctor Who!!!
