The ‘Doctor Who’ Knitting Circle: Part 2 | Anglophenia
Oh America you dark horse you! Fancy keeping something this delightful hidden for so long!
Welcome, to anyone unfamiliar with her work, to the astonishingly nimble fingers of Austin, Texas’s crochet marvel, Allison Hoffman, who trades under the name Crafty Is Cool. Now Allison is not the first person to crochet or knit the cast of Doctor Who (remember the Doctor Who knitting circle part 1?), but she’s done such a bang-up job, it’s hard not to descend into outright dribbling worship….

Okay, so I really want to knit this, but damn I’m rusty.

I could get used to this.
Wanna know the really cool thing? :3 They all seem to like Doctor Who! WHOVIAN KNITTERS! How could there be anything better?

I knit this a while ago. It’s an adipose from Doctor Who. It’s the first thing I ever knit other than a scarf, I was quite proud of myself. I’ve made more since, but I gave them all away to various chilluns. They’re great if you’re looking for a quick project.
EXTERMINATE! (Must knit these ASAP)

For the past month, I’ve been knitting a scarf. It’s supposed to be the 4th Doctor’s scarf, so it’s going to be hella long, like hella 12 feet long. I’ve gotten about three feet done already. Hopefully I get this done before the chilly Chicago winter blows through here. If not, I’ll probably have enough done to wear while I work on it. Man, I have too much time on my hands…
