The most important leaf in human history.  It’s full of stories. Full of history. And full of a future that never got lived. Days that should’ve been that never were… passed on to me. This leaf isn’t just the past, it’s a whole future that never happened.

Beano fans get chance to ‘travel back in time’ thanks to Doctor Who

Matt Smith, who plays the Doctor, was seen reading a Beano summer special from 1981 in an episode aired on April 6, The Rings Of Akhaten.
Publishers were inundated with messages from fans and decided to reprint the 32-page comic, including it free inside a special edition of The Beano which is now on sale.

If you ever feel down and/or lack of self confidence : remember that you are unique in the universe.

Scenes like this is why I love Doctor Who.

There are billions and millions of unlived days for every day we live. An infinity. All the days that never came. And these are all my mum’s.

We never walk away (sm)

The TARDIS and Clara have a relationship. Actually I don’t think we’ve talked about this in interviews before. It’s something that’s running through the series.

Instead of it being like, “Does so-and-so like Clara?” The TARDIS and Clara have a bit of a face-off. So, the Doctor is obviously bringing back somebody new. I think we’ve done a whole additional content scene of me talking to the TARDIS, and the TARDIS is making fun of Clara. They kind of have an argument. They’ve got a relationship individual to the Doctor where they have a dialogue.
