From Score to Screen - Doctor Who: Day of the Moon - Murray Gold
↳ The Majestic Tale (Of A Madman In A Box): You just raised an army against yourself! And now, for a thousand generations, you’re going to be ordering them to destroy you every day. How fast can you run? ‘Cause today’s the day the human race will throw you off their planet. They won’t even know they’re doing it. I think, quite possibly, the word you’re looking for right now is…oops…run! Guys, I mean us, run.
When my family came to see me this weekend, my brother brought this picture he drew. He is fourteen. I cannot believe how good an artist he has become. And I love how much he loves Doctor Who!
Silence Will Fall
There are some qualities- some incorporate things,
That have a double life, which thus is made
A type of that twin entity which springs
From matter and light, evinced in solid and shade.
There is a two-fold Silence- sea and shore-
Body and soul. One dwells in lonely places,
Newly with grass o’ergrown; some solemn graces,
Some human memories and tearful lore,
Render him terrorless: his name’s “No More.”
He is the corporate Silence: dread him not!
No power hath he of evil in himself;
But should some urgent fate (untimely lot!)
Bring thee to meet his shadow (nameless elf,
That haunteth the lone regions where hath trod
No foot of man,) commend thyself to God!
